Job summary

Old Mutual South Africa is seeking self-motivated sales professionals to champion customer goals via financial needs assessment, advice, and fit-for-purpose plans. You will procure new business and expand sales with existing clients, mainly working on your own leads.

Required are Matric, 2 years in financial services, RE5, CPD points, a valid driver’s license with vehicle access, and clean criminal record. This is a full-time on-site role in Cape Town, with a closing date of 29 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Senior Certificate required with Matric/Grade 12.
• 2+ years in financial services or insurance industry.
• RE5 regulatory exam completed.
• Class of business/CPD points.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Criminal clear.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of new business and expansion of sales with existing customers.
• Work mainly on own leads to grow portfolio.
