Pearl Lemon is looking for highly driven, persuasive Commission Closers to join our fast-growing international sales team.

This role is commission-only, ideal for ambitious closers who back themselves and want to earn uncapped income.

What You’ll Do

Close inbound and outbound sales calls for Pearl Lemon’s diverse range of services (SEO, PR, content, lead generation, SaaS, and more).

Confidently handle objections and push deals across the finish line.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to maximize conversion rates.

Deliver consistent results by following up, nurturing leads, and building rapport.

Represent Pearl Lemon with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a commission closer, high-ticket closer, or sales rep.
• Strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent objection-handling skills and a natural ability to build trust quickly.
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and resilient personality.

Based in US West Coast, Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore (timezone alignment is critical).

Comfortable working commission-only with no income ceiling.
