Overview

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development, consolidation, and delivery of all Sales COE performance reporting covering RTM, RGM, Trade Marketing & Planning.
  • Correlate data points across the Sales COE functions & broader HBI teams (CMI, Marketing & Finance)
  • Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards to streamline updates and ensure real-time visibility of sales performance.
  • Translate sales data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy, drive commercial decisions, and enhance execution.
  • Partner with functional experts in RGM, Trade Marketing, and RTM to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate the alignment and follow-through of action plans across all sales functions to ensure initiatives are executed on time.
  • Lead centralized data collection, validation, and integration processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain standardized performance scorecards at national, regional, and channel levels.
  • Build and manage partnerships with external service providers and BI platforms to optimize reporting capabilities.
  • Continuously evaluate current reporting tools and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and automation.
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly performance review sessions, ensuring clarity on insights, actions, and accountability.
  • Serve as the key liaison between IT, Finance, and Sales teams for data governance and business intelligence projects.
  • Support the annual commercial planning process with data-driven analysis and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Monitor market and channel trends to contextualize internal performance results and support portfolio and pricing strategies.
  • Develop capability across the commercial team on data interpretation, reporting tools, and insight generation.
  • Ensure that key performance metrics and insights are communicated effectively to senior management through regular executive summaries
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or Data Analytics
  • 5–10 years’ experience in performance management, business analytics, commercial insights, or related fields at a managerial level.
  • Proven track record in automating reporting systems and optimizing business processes using analytics.
  • Involvement in leading cross-functional teams or acting as a key liaison between departments.
  • Experience within multinational organizations or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Exposure to managing third-party vendors and external consultants for analytics or reporting.
