  • Develop and execute a commercial systems enablement strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for design integration and optimisation of commercial platforms.
  • Serve as liaison between IT Sales Marketing and Operations to ensure systems support end-to-end commercial processes.
  • Identify modernisation opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain CRM sales enablement tools, ordering platforms and self-service portals.
  • Ensure high system availability, performance and user satisfaction.
  • Oversee configuration change management and quality assurance across commercial systems.
  • Drive effective adoption and utilisation of systems through training, communication and enablement initiatives.
  • Introduce automation, reporting and analytics improvements to support commercial decision-making.
  • Define and report on KPIs for system performance and user enablement to senior leadership.
  • Manage vendor relationships including support agreements and enhancement roadmaps.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy and security policies.
  • Lead, coach and develop the enablement team fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with other IT and business leaders to prioritise enhancements and manage dependencies.

As Manager : Commercial Systems & Enablement you will lead a small technical and functional team managing day‑to‑day system performance enabling business users and introducing automation and analytics improvements across commercial platforms.
