Duties & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include :
  • Property Valuation: Determining property values and market prices.
  • Client Consultation: Understanding clients' needs and preferences.

  • Viewings and Showings: Conducting property viewings.
  • Negotiation: Facilitating offers and negotiations.
  • Paperwork and Documentation: Handling contracts and paperwork.

Package & Remuneration

Commision based.

The Real easte Company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Residential Agent. It has two broker / agent models : 70% commission split as the regular agent / broker contract with achievable minimum revenue to be maintained; 80% commission split with an additional profit share on minimum 5 qualifying agents / brokers, at the 70% level, for the Team Leader role.
