Network Finance is seeking an Operations Accountant to bridge finance and operations, providing financial insight to drive efficiency and performance. The role focuses on budgeting, cost control and profitability, partnering with operations and leading a small team.

The ideal candidate is a CA(SA) with FMCG or manufacturing experience, strong Excel and reporting skills, and a track record of delivering actionable financial support to operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) with at least 2 years of management exposure.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong commercial and operational finance exposure.
• Proven track record in budgeting, cost control and financial performance.
• Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Manage budgets, expenses and operational costs
• Drive cost efficiencies and profitability with operations
• Oversee cash management and cash flow forecasting
• Analyse performance and provide actionable insights
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and reports
• Monitor variances against budget and investigate drivers
