Job summary

RDL Investments is seeking a skilled Handyman to perform electrical, plumbing and carpentry maintenance across commercial properties in Gauteng. The role requires multi-skilled trades experience and a proactive maintenance approach.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in handyman or related trades, a Code B driver's license, and a solid understanding of building practices and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License (Code B minimum).
• Electrical installations, repairs and maintenance knowledge.
• Plumbing including pipe work and drainage.
• Carpentry repairs, installations and woodworking.
• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repairs and installations (lighting, switches, plugs).
• Conduct plumbing repairs (pipe leaks, blocked drains, fixture installations).
• Execute carpentry work (door repairs, cupboard maintenance, furniture fixes).
• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks
• Travel to client sites using company vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service and follow safety protocols
