Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product and market strategies across the full lifecycle - from concept to market launch to end-0f-life
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Build strong relationships with principal suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, and quality to ensure alignment and product success
  • Lead, coach, and support the technical sales team to deliver against business objectives and budgets
  • Manage key accounts, strengthen partnerships, and grow solution offerings in the market
  • Ensure compliance with local and international product regulations and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent)
  • 5-10 years experience in water and wastewater treatment product and solutions management, with exposure to key account maangement
  • Proven experience in sales management and strategic product development
  • Strong technical understanding of water treatment systems and products
  • Exposure to P&L management and product sourcing, manufacturing knowledge will be advantageous.
