Job summary

A leading lodge/resort in Hartebeespoort, North West, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee their commercial operations. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, develop market strategies, and ensure excellent guest experiences. With a minimum of 5 years in a senior role within hospitality, candidates should have strong skills in sales, marketing, and financial management. A competitive salary of R 18,000 - R 23,000 CTC plus accommodation is offered.

  • Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • 5 Years experience in a senior commercial/management role within hospitality, ideally lodge or resort environment.
  • Strong background in revenue management, sales, and marketing.
  • Financial acumen with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Valid drivers license.
