Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documentation, bills of quantities, and project budgets.
- Monitor project costs, valuations, variations, and final accounts to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct contract administration, including reviewing agreements, claims, and disputes.
- Provide commercial advice and strategic input to project and executive teams.
- Implement cost control systems and report regularly on project financial performance.
- Mentor and guide junior QS and commercial staff to build team capability.
Qualifications
