Commercial Manager position available in Grabouw.

Commercial Manager with a relevant Tertiary Qualification and minimum 10 years’ experience in developing and executing comprehensive commercial strategies, preferably in the Agricultural Industry, identifying market trends, setting ambitious revenue targets and creating growth and retention plans, required to lead a sales team, oversee sales processes, manage distribution networks and maintain client relationships for a pesticide manufacturing company.

Minimum requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification essential
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Commercial Manager in the Agricultural Industry required
  • Commercial strategy development experience essential
  • Must be able and willing to travel across the Western Cape
