Overview

This role blends business development, contract negotiations, strategic planning, technical expertise, cross functional collaboration (supply chain coordination) and risk management to deliver world-class solutions that meet customer needs and industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development and manage key customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with customers and suppliers to maximize profitability.
  • Provide technical support on dosing systems and installations.
  • Provide overall project management of the end-to-end process.
  • Coordinate imports and supply chain activities for on-time delivery.
  • Analyse markets, competitor products, and ROI to guide sales strategy.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Provide training to customers and internal teams.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Food Science, Engineering or related fields.
  • 5+ years business development / commercial experience (preferably in chemical industry).
  • Proven track record in business development.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally; flexibility for after-hours work.
