Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the commercial aspects of a business, with the primary goal of driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align commercial strategies with overall business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data, sales figures, and market trends to assess performance and identify opportunities.
