  • Build and manage your own commercial insurance portfolio through face-to-face client engagements.

  • Present tailored commercial insurance solutions and close new business.
  • Achieve set targets for appointments, quotes, policies, and premium income.
  • Maintain a full sales pipeline with consistent prospecting activity.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years’ experience in commercial insurance sales
  • FAIS-compliant: Short-Term Insurance Qualification, RE5, Class of Business (COB), and up-to-date CPD hours
  • Proven track record of insurance sales success
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and generate leads through face-to-face appointments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
