Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or facility maintenance.
• Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe application.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a commercial setting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing as required.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling programs for the facilities.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring adequate supplies of toiletries.
• Perform dusting of furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Respond to cleaning needs for spills or other unexpected messes promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and identify maintenance issues.
