Objective
To support the Promotions Manager and the Commercial department by providing essential coordination and administrative services, including assisting with day-to-day commercial tasks.
This role is central to the accurate execution, analysis, and compliance of client promotions and campaigns, requiring strong attention to detail, proficiency in data reporting (Excel) and a technical aptitude to ensure all activity is delivered efficiently and in strict adherence to iGaming regulatory standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Excel Reporting & Analysis: Use advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivots, Graphs, Formula and Tables) to gather data for reports and analyse the success of campaigns with the Promotions Manager.
- Data Entry: Accurately gather data required for monthly reporting, discounts and summarising campaign results to assist the Promotions Manager.
- Campaign Management: Set up and maintain promotional content, including daily tournaments, leaderboards and webpages.
- Client Support & Training: Become an expert in the company's internal Backoffice Platform and promotional tools to assist the Promotions Manager with client questions and provide basic training to the company's customers who access the back office.
- Draft Proposals: Write up clear proposals for new promotions and draft the official Terms and Conditions to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Reviewing game assignment and limits: Check that games have been assigned accordingly and are loading and working on operator websites, and that limits are set correctly in accordance with operators' specific exposure.
- Conduct missing games gap analysis: Continuously review and assist Account Managers when needed with gap analysis to ascertain if any of the company's customers are missing the company's games and products.
- Website analysis: Review customers' websites to ensure that agreed-upon terms and conditions are being upheld in relation to campaigns and promotions that customers have agreed to participate in.
- Any other ad hoc administrative tasks that require assistance.
Personal Requirements
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Proven capability to handle data, figures, legal / regulatory text (T&Cs) and general content for creating promotional campaigns.
- Strong Organizational and Prioritization Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Proactive and Enthusiastic Learner: Genuine eagerness to rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of the iGaming landscape, Evolution's product portfolio, and Backoffice technical systems.
- Effective Time Management: Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and efficiently allocate time and resources to high-priority tasks.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyse data (campaign metrics, performance reports) and solve problems effectively.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaborating seamlessly across teams.
Experience and Qualifications Required
- Diploma / Degree in Business administration
- 2 to 3 years working experience in a similar role
- Proven Excel experience is essential
- This is an in-office position to be based in Cape Town
