Placements24 is seeking a reliable Commercial Cleaning Technician to keep commercial properties clean in Port Elizabeth. You will vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize restrooms, and manage waste, working solo or in a small team.

The ideal candidate is meticulous, efficient, and able to follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure client satisfaction and uphold our client’s reputation for exceptional service delivery in commercial facility management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is desirable.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment, and their proper usage.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work schedules.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation to various client sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties in commercial spaces, including offices, retail areas, and lobbies.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including fixtures, floors, and walls.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal.
