• Position available for a dynamic attorney with 4 years post article experience specialising predominantly in non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters
• Strong contract drafting skills
• Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&As Corporate Finance Private Equity Deal Structuring Transactional Tax etc.).

Qualifications

• LLB degree
• B. Com / Finance degree will be advantageous
• LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.
• Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word Excel etc.).
