• Quality Control: Inspect dyed materials, approve samples, and ensure all outputs meet required standards.
• Team Management: Lead and train dye house staff, allocate tasks, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Equipment & Maintenance: Oversee machinery operation, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Health Safety & Compliance: Enforce chemical handling and PPE protocols in line with regulations.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor and order dyes, chemicals, and auxiliary materials while minimizing waste.
• Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs and quality reports.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in dyeing techniques and productivity.
