The College Maths and Maths Literacy role focuses on delivering engaging IEB-level instruction, planning and assessment, with opportunities for professional development within a global education group.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team across campuses and contribute to a culture of excellence in student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect effectively with children
• Strong understanding of Math material to be taught
• Excellent planning, organising and reporting skills
• Strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at an IEB school
• IEB marking experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and present engaging Math lessons
• Establish a nurturing teaching environment that promotes learning
• Maintain professionalism—punctuality, work standards and homework
• Evaluate, reflect on and improve teaching practice
• Teach extra lessons two afternoons per week
• Produce high‑quality resources for students
• Respond to emails and parental messages within 24 hours
• Attend school events as required by Head
• Set and mark exams and other assessments
• Write report comments
• Provide learning opportunities through practical activities
• Undertake other tasks as directed by Head/manager
