The Head Collections is responsible for the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the Collections department. - Mentor and develop Collections Managers, ensuring their teams meet goals.
- Monitor performance metrics related to collections recovery rates and student academic support outcomes.
- Regularly review team performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage high‑level escalations related to collections and student academic issues.
- Act as a point of contact for institutional leadership and external partners.
1.3 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within client relations, collections, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
