Responsibilities

• Mix & Serve: Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
• Bar Setup & Stocking: Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized before, during, and after service.
• Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly, offer recommendations, and share the stories behind cocktails and ingredients.
• Process orders accurately using POS systems and manage tabs with care.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless bar area, including glassware, tools, and surfaces.
• Inventory Support: Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and monthly stock counts.
• Skilled Barista - 1 to 2 years' experience making coffee in a fast-paced environment
• Precision and speed under pressure
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques
• Memory for recipes and guest preferences
• Confident communicator with a warm, engaging presence
• High standards of cleanliness and personal presentation

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience: 1–4 years in a cocktail-focused bar or hospitality venue
• Familiarity with bar tools, garnishing, and mixology trends (Non-Negotiable)
• Basic wine and beer knowledge essential
