Job summary

A manufacturing company in Gauteng, South Africa is seeking a Manager to oversee the coating and lining process in a heavy engineering environment. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, a qualification in Chemical or Polymer Science, and knowledge of relevant coating specifications. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment with anti-corrosive application.
• Knowledge of FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) coating and HDE coating application.
• NACE corrosion / SAIW coating certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the coating and lining process.
• Ensure the coating and lining manufacturing process meets customer specifications.
• Monitor waste control and ensure compliance to Health & Safety standards.
