Job summary

Beaver Immigration Consulting is assisting a leading Belgium-based manufacturer to relocate an experienced CNC Programmer & Operator into its machining team. You will program, set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce high-precision components.

In this role you’ll work with Fanuc, Siemens and Haas controls and CAM tooling, read and interpret technical drawings, select tooling, and maintain tight tolerances while recording quality data for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Supporting production deadlines through efficient and accurate machining

We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, Manufacturing Technology , or a related field
• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, CNC Turner, CNC Miller, or CNC Operator
• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Haas , or similar CNC control systems
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience working to tight tolerances using precision measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good English communication skills
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to continuously develop your technical skills

Advantageous Experience

• CAM software experience (such as Hypermill )
• Multi-axis CNC machining
• Small batch and precision manufacturing

Candidate Requirements

• South African citizen
• Willing and able to relocate to Belgium
• Good Afrikaans proficiency is essential
• Valid passport (or willing to obtain one)
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
