Overview
Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd. is currently looking for an experienced Cluster Real Estate and Facility Lead with a background in engineering or business.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of guidelines, standards and strategies to local country requirements – adaption if necessary; drive harmonization of core processes
- Management of operational Real Estate work on cluster-level (FM operation)
- Steering of cluster-wide demands and ensuring of optimal provision of space and services
- Evaluation of status of locations and definition of actions according to site assessments (investment planning)
- Support Site Representatives and stakeholder
- Drive resource and competence management of entire Real estate community within the cluster
- Facilitate bottom-up business planning and reporting by ensuring quality and consistency of upstream to regional level
- Cascading GR targets & journey to country / cluster
- Implementation of GR strategical fields (e.g. digitalization, sustainability, portfolio development)
- Alignment of regional and local portfolio initiatives with GBs and stakeholder
- Steering of technical projects with focus on resource & know-how sharing and smoothing
- Leading of GR site functions (FCM, at site) as functional manager
- Execution of projects ("buy", "lease", "build", "exit"), if required in accordance with the Business Units and Corporate Function
Qualifications
- Education: Relevant degree
- Master's degree in engineering or business (or similar) will be advantageous
- Background in law
- Experience: Over 5-years experience in Real Estate
- Well versed in process management
- Proven management experiences
- Experience in project steering and financial reporting
