Billing Support Consultant (Cloud Solutions, AWS)

What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries and support billing and order-to-cash processes
- Design email templates as needed
- Conduct research and analysis on products
- Develop training programs and assessments for consultants
- Prepare and deliver regular reports upon request
- Follow team training and policies
What you need to succeed
- Excellent English skills (C1 level or higher, spoken and written)
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Strong networking knowledge
- Proficiency in Accounts Receivable, billing, and order-to-cash processes
- Customer support experience with cloud (SaaS) products
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Sales‑savvy, experienced in administrative work, with excellent communication skills
- Service‑driven attitude ensuring high‑quality customer service
- Personal laptop (at least 8GB RAM) and stable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
