Responsibilities (Text Only)
- You will drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor, providing feedback and insights from customers/partners and acting as the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices. You will connect with Global Security teams at Microsoft, Engineering, and Product teams to remove blockers and influence the solution roadmap.
- You will develop an end-to-end value proposition for Security (i.e., Zero Trust), covering Microsoft Security offerings with a focus on Threat Protection, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud Security.
- You will support customers throughout the adoption lifecycle—planning, adoption, deployment, and optimization—aiming to increase the utilization of Microsoft security products by leading technical solutioning and nurturing across the customer journey.
- You will deliver technical presentations and demos, propose high-level solutions, and collaborate with Microsoft and Partner resources to drive deployment and customer adoption. You will also identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and unified solutions through customer engagement.
- You will align your skills with team and Customer Success goals to accelerate customer outcomes and share expertise, contributing to IP creation and reuse to benefit customer success.
- You will run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans for solutions, ensuring designs align with customer business goals and technical environments. The goal is consensus on solution design and next steps toward production.
- You will collaborate and coordinate with other Cloud Solution Architects, FastTrack, partners, and Microsoft Consulting to develop complex end-to-end enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Security platform.
Qualifications (Text Only)
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 12+ years of experience, or Master's Degree with 8+ years of experience in similar areas.
- 6+ years in customer-facing roles and technical projects or teams.
- Technical certifications in Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications).
- Knowledge in Threat protection, SIEM, Incident Response, XDR, SOAR, SOC Management, IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Security, Data Security.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 Security Administrator, Microsoft Security Operations, Cloud Security, CCSP, CEH, OSCP, GSEC.
