Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & Security Operations Lead to manage the company’s cloud ecosystem with a focus on Google Cloud Platform. You will lead security governance, DR readiness, IAM, cost optimization, and CI/CD support within SDLC guardrails.

The role requires hands-on experience with GCP, IaC (Terraform), vulnerability management, and ISO 27001/SOC 2/NIST frameworks, along with a proactive security mindset and collaboration with ISMS teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and securing cloud environments (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure considered).
• Direct experience in ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST frameworks.

Responsibilities

• System Health & Maintenance: Monitor, optimize, and manage GCP compute, networking, IAM, storage, and database services.
• Support & Escalation: Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 incident resolution for complex cloud issues.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure infrastructure uptime, disaster recovery readiness, backups, and cost optimization.
• SDLC Support: Assist engineering teams with code deployments within SDLC guardrails and CI/CD pipelines.
• ISMS Integration: Serve as the hands-on lead within the ISMS team.
• ISO 27001 Compliance: Enforce security controls, gather audit evidence, conduct access reviews, and maintain compliance artifacts for annual certification.
• Vulnerability & Threat Management: Lead vulnerability scanning, patch management, and remediation; monitor security tools like GCPSCC.
• Access & Network Governance: Audit IAM policies to enforce Least Privilege and maintain secure network configurations.

A company that provides cloud-based software and digital solutions for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and supply chain industries is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & Security Operations Lead who will manage, maintain, and secure the company's cloud ecosystem, primarily focused on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Responsibilities

• System Health & Maintenance: Monitor, optimize, and manage GCP compute, networking, IAM, storage, and database services.

• Support & Escalation: Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 incident resolution for complex cloud issues.

• Access & Network Governance: Audit IAM policies to enforce Least Privilege access and maintain secure network configurations (VPCs, firewalls).

Minimum Requirements

• Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience administering and securing cloud environments (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure considered).

• Security & Governance: Direct experience working within ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST frameworks.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Familiarity with Terraform or scripting tools.

• Monitoring & Logging: Hands-on exposure to cloud monitoring, logging, or SIEM tools.

Certifications (Beneficial)

• Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Security Engineer or Cloud Engineer

• AWS / Azure Security or Administrator Certifications

• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor or CompTIA Security+
