Qualifications

• Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure.
• Excellent understanding of Ruby, Python, Perl, and Java.
• Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL and Mongo.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services.
• Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and project KPIs.
• Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
• Plan team structure, activities, and involvement in project management.
• Manage stakeholders and external interfaces.
• Set up tools and required infrastructure.
• Define development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
• Review, verify, and validate software code developed in the project.
• Use troubleshooting techniques to fix code bugs.
• Monitor processes for adherence and create improvements.
• Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible.
• Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures.
• Conduct incidence management and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate and communicate within team and with customers.
• Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools.
• Strive for continuous improvement in CI/CD pipeline.
• Mentor and guide team members.
• Monitor and measure customer experience and KPIs.
• Report progress to management and customers.
