The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least six months of experience. The role includes managing chronic conditions, providing medical care, and conducting health assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-12 months experience in a nursing role.
• Experience in a clinic setting is advantageous.
• Must possess a dispensing license.

Responsibilities

• Manage primary and occupational health care services at onsite clinic(s).
• Provide general medical care including physical examinations and chronic condition management.
• Facilitate referrals for complex medical cases.

Primary health care services means managing acute and chronic conditions at a primary level of care.

Patients with more complex or uncommon conditions are referred to healthcare professionals or facilities with the skills and resources to provide further investigation and treatment.

Occupational Health Care Services means providing professional consultancy services aimed at prevention effort pertaining to health, safety and the environment.

It supports employers and employees to monitor the working environment within the company.
