The ideal candidate holds a life science degree, has at least three years of CRA experience, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills essential for coordinating with sponsors and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate, preferably with Phase III trials.
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial processes, ICH guidelines, and GCP.
• Excellent monitoring skills, including source data verification and query resolution.
• Ability to travel extensively within Durban and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits (initiation, monitoring, close-out) according to protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and all applicable regulations.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of source data and CRF entries against source documents.
• Manage communication between study sites, sponsors, and regulatory authorities.
• Identify and report adverse events and protocol deviations promptly.
• Train and support site staff on study procedures and data collection requirements.
