Qualifications

• HPCSA registration required.
• 1–2 years clinical experience, preferably in vocational rehab / chronic pain.
• Understanding of value-based care.

Responsibilities

• Review PT / OT pre-auth requests and clinical assessments.
• Capture decisions, flag risks, and request clarifications.
• Liaise with clinicians and internal teams.
