A healthcare facility in Vereeniging is seeking a Clinical Facilitator to plan and facilitate training for nursing staff, ensuring their competency. Ideal candidates will have a Professional Nurse qualification, experience in mentorship, and a passion for continuous professional development. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of care across the units.
The Clinical Facilitator plans and facilitates identified training and development interventions to ensure competency of all staff. They can be allocated to a specialist unit (e.g. the ICU) or work across the nursing units of a hospital.
Professional Nurse qualification, andPostgraduate Diploma in Nursing Education OR 3 years experience as a mentor, and
Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing if a Clinical Facilitator in a specialist unit (e.g. Perioperative Nursing) and a certificate of competence in Generic Assessment (Assessor course)
3 years of Professional Nurse experience in a hospital
1 year of mentor experience
