Job summary

MMS is seeking a Data Team Lead to guide study data activities within a global CRO. You will oversee data management, ensure data quality, and collaborate with study teams across EDC, SDTM mapping, and data validation.

Requirements include a college degree in a scientific field, 5+ years in data leadership, and strong MS Office and regulatory knowledge (ICH, CFR Part 11, ISO). You will lead DM projects and support training across sites.

Qualifications

• College degree in scientific, medical, clinical discipline or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Data Team Lead or similar.
• Strong knowledge of scientific principles and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead studies or small data management projects for one client.
• Develop study tracking and metric reports for study teams.
• Oversee CRF tracking, data entry, and data validation.
• Perform UAT of EDC and related systems with test plans.
• Prepare training materials for sites/users on EDC tools.
• Ensure study conduct data quality and timely issue resolution.
