Job summary

AfroCentric Group is seeking a registered nurse to deliver and coordinate personalised clinical care across our Omni-channel service for members, providers, and employer groups. The role focuses on end-to-end care journeys, service excellence, and adherence to clinical guidelines.

The successful candidate will bring 3 years of clinical experience, with additional Managed Healthcare Operations exposure preferred, and must be registered with SA Nursing Council.

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical experience is essential.
• 2 years of managed healthcare operations experience is advantageous.
• Registration with SA Nursing Council is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care journeys across service channels.
• Provide personalised clinical care coordination and support to members.
• Assess and validate authorisation requests per scheme rules and clinical guidelines.
• Educate members on available benefits and self-service digital platforms.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare legislation and organisational policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve care outcomes.
