You will over see operations on the medical and aesthetic side.Key responsibilitesmanage day to day operations of the clinic (front desk, therapist, medical support staff)create and manage staff rostersconduct daily walk in- though checks to ensure clealiness , readiness and smooth patient flowoversee stock management : weekly stock take , order requests, usage trackingHandle patient queries, complaints and escalationsDrive sales performance , encourage upselling and ensure monthly targets are metcomplete end of day report and submit accurate month end reports i.e stock, staff performanceensure compliance with medical, legal, and brand standards
