Qualifications

• Knowledge of community health nursing and primary health care.
• SANC registered and eligible to practice as a Nursing practitioner.
• BHF registration is required.
• 2–3 years’ PHC clinic experience as a clinic sister.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Clinic Sister duties according to regulations and best practices.
• Manage feet-per-hour rate and set clinic objectives to improve patient flow.
• Ensure all clinic services are available during operating hours.
• Keep accurate patient records and ensure follow-up communication.
• Operate the clinic per stated hours and open/close procedures.
• Process claims accurately and timely.
• Maintain stock and equipment in working condition.
• Build relationships with patients, store/dispensary manager, and suppliers.
