Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information.
• Record and process customer orders, selecting appropriate options.
• Respond to basic and advanced customer issues; escalate when needed.
• Develop relationships with allocated customers via calls and in-person meetings.
• Enter contact data into the CRM after each interaction.
• Clarify customer requirements using a structured script.
• Provide exceptional renewals and ongoing service.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory codes.
• Participate in training and development to maintain skills.
