Job Title : Client Success Manager
Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Success Manager to build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term success.
- Establish trust and rapport with new clients, effectively onboarding them into our services.
- Understand, interpret, and proactively address customer requirements.
- Provide ongoing technical and operational support, specifically related to the management of their Amazon accounts.
- Fully document and align with each client's objectives and strategic goals.
- Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to clients.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess client success.
- Analyze data insights to proactively engage clients, recommending actions to optimize performance.
- Stay alert to market trends and identify new opportunities for clients.
- Identify areas for innovation within existing accounts to enhance client engagement.
- Recognize and position cross-sell and upsell opportunities, understanding the full agency service offering.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts and projects across creative, technical, and specialized areas.
- Ensure all deliverables and actions align with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with Amazon account management is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
- Proactive, innovative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
