A growing B2B data startup is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Pretoria, South Africa. In this role, you will build strategic relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving continued value from the company’s platform. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and at least 2 years of customer service experience. The role includes onboarding new clients, advocating for client needs, and assisting them in maximizing their investment in Infotelligent products.
