About the role

We’re looking for a Client Success Coordinator who will serve as the main point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and valued throughout their care journey. This role requires a warm, professional communicator who enjoys connecting with people and maintaining strong relationships.

The Client Success Coordinator will be responsible for conducting weekly check‑ins with patients, tracking their progress, and assisting the internal team with administrative or client‑related tasks during downtime. This is a client‑facing role, ideally suited for candidates based in South Africa, given the communication style and alignment with US time zones.

What you’ll be doing
  • Call patients weekly to check in, assess progress, and document feedback
  • Provide empathetic, professional communication and ensure every patient feels cared for and supported
  • Maintain accurate records of patient updates and share summaries with the internal care team
  • Assist with administrative and coordination tasks when not on callsFollow up on patient inquiries, scheduling needs, or support requests
  • Contribute to improving client engagement and retention by identifying opportunities for a better patient experience
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, compassion, and reliability
Who are we looking for?
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, client relations, or patient support roles
  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
  • Empathetic and people-oriented, with strong listening and follow‑up abilities
  • Comfortable handling phone-based and remote communication
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in completing assigned tasks
  • Experience working in healthcare, wellness, or service-oriented environments is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Experience working with US-based teams or clients is preferred

Position: Client Success Coordinator

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 1500-1800 per month
