Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Client Services Coordinator to support the daily operations of our regional office. The ideal candidate will help keep the office running smoothly while maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Client Services
  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients within the region.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests.
  • Maintain regular communication to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Keep records of client interactions, feedback, and service agreements.
Office Administration
  • Support daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and basic financial tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and office events.
Team Support
  • Work closely with management and colleagues to ensure smooth internal processes.
  • Assist with projects and tasks as required to support the team.
  • Provide backup support to other administrative functions when needed.
