The Role
The Client Services Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience with Capital IQ Solutions products. The role begins with an intensive training schedule focusing on a variety of areas including Capital Markets, the S&P Capital IQ Platform, and the Excel Plug-in, combined with on-the-job learning. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of our products, technical solutions, and the unique needs of our diverse user segments. Our team is dedicated to delivering unparalleled client satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships.
