As a Client Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind converting warm leads into booked appointments for high‑value cosmetic dental treatments on behalf of our clients. This outbound‑focused role is perfect for a proactive, sales‑orientated professional who is motivated by personal growth, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about continuously improving their skillset. You’ll make high‑volume calls, uncover patient goals, provide tailored recommendations, and confidently secure bookings with deposits.
6 months: Consistently achieving and exceeding your targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and desire to continuously learn and improve upon your performance; establishing yourself as a reliable, consistent performer who contributes to client success; actively providing valuable feedback on lead quality and processes, helping to improve overall campaign performance.
12 months: Recognised as a top performer, taking ownership of some of our largest and most valuable clients; proving ability to handle complex accounts and ensure smooth, effective lead conversion; beginning to contribute to refining workflows and processes, making suggestions that benefit the team and our clients.
18 months: Taking on managerial responsibilities, including onboarding and training new CSRs; regularly collaborating with the management team to improve systems, processes, and workflows to drive greater efficiencies and success; working closely with the development team to provide feedback on our software, shaping its evolution to enhance lead conversion and performance.

Contract (Remote within South Africa) – Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
Salary range: ZAR200,000 – ZAR340,000.
