We're looking for a dynamic, client-obsessed professional to lead our retention and lease renewals function across our Cape Town business parks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own client relationships: Be the trusted point of contact for existing clients—understand their business, solve their issues, and support their growth.
  • Lead the renewals engine: Track lease expiries, negotiate extensions, and maintain high occupancy across our parks.
  • Enhance client satisfaction: Act fast on service issues, coordinate with ops / finance / facilities, and keep things seamless behind the scenes.
  • Activate the community: Collaborate with our marketing and park teams to build events and initiatives that drive engagement.
  • Keep us informed: Maintain up-to-date renewal dashboards, client feedback logs, and key retention reports.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in the commercial or industrial property sector
  • Proven ability to manage renewals, retention, and client satisfaction KPIs
  • A calm, solutions-oriented style when things get busy or clients escalated issues
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skills
  • Experience working with property management systems (e.g., MDA) and Excel
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset—you get things done
  • Must be South African citizen
  • Reliable transport and valid drivers license
  • Willing to be office base with site visit as requirement
