Job summary

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, reliable person to meet with our existing clients and make sure they're happy with our marketing services.

You’ll schedule appointments, visit clients in person, and help explain anything they may need clarity on.

If a client has a question or concern, you’ll be the one to sort it out quickly and professionally. You’ll also build long‑term relationships with clients and handle any requests if they want to increase or adjust their services.

This role is all about communication, care, and keeping clients satisfied.
