Overview

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established globally regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Customer Relations Specialist in Johannesburg Office.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and organic prospects within the assigned region or country.
  • Proactively engage with trading professionals and industry stakeholders across various platforms to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Oversee client onboarding, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-quality experience that fosters confidence and loyalty from the outset.
  • Strengthen partnerships by promoting and managing mutually beneficial rebate structures while maintaining transparent and consistent communication.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards, reinforcing the company’s reputation for integrity and professionalism.
  • Monitor and evaluate affiliate and partner activities to optimize performance, align objectives, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, compliance, and operations to deliver cohesive client solutions and enhance service delivery.
  • Identify client needs through active listening and market insights, tailoring solutions that align with both client goals and organizational priorities.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to partners and clients, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports to senior management, highlighting growth trends, partnership outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility and build strategic relationships.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry is a must
  • Fluent/ C1/C2 English is essential (other languages will be an advantage)
  • Client focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive and strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team and can-do attitude
