Responsibilities
- Dive revenue for Aleph by seeking partnerships across various agency teams and direct clients and educating them of product features and benefits.
- Use a strategic consultative approach to discuss media solutions with all clients.
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our key media agencies, allowing us to better understand their businesses and position Spotify as an invaluable partner in overcoming their strategic challenges.
- Develop, implement and refine comprehensive sales strategies, tailored to specific verticals and industry segments.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges and opportunities to build strategic advertising responses that align with client goals and core objectives.
- Focus on consultative brand selling, creating tailored responses to briefs while educating and inspiring our clients to use Spotify to deliver on business objectives.
- Sell audio, video, display advertising and other integrated digital ad solutions.
- Deliver best in class sales and operational customer service and serve as the point of contact for agency and client-led initiatives.
- Maintain a high volume of in-person client engagement with brands and agencies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience in advertising sales, business development or client facing roles within the digital media industry.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, across audio, display & video advertising.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with self-serve advertising platforms, strong negotiation skills and the ability to present effectively and close the deal; vertical/platform experience is preferred.
- Dexterity in creating reports and presentations using Google Slides/Sheets & proficient Salesforce experience.
- Highly organized, collaborative team player who adapts well to change.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
