Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Client Liaison Agent - Team Leader to support our marketing department in its primary and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, organizing campaigns, and maintaining promotional materials.
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in organizing and executing campaigns and events.
- Help conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.
- Aid in the creation of content for marketing campaigns, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, print, etc.).
- Track and analyze marketing performance data, compiling reports for senior marketing staff.
- Assist in maintaining and updating promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media profiles.
- Help organize marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Support the maintenance of customer databases and mailing lists.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, design, product teams) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Communicate with external vendors to coordinate marketing projects, including printing, media buying, and sponsorships.
Qualifications
- Matric is essential.
- Marketing qualification preferred.
- Years of experience as marketing Team Leader preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
