About the Role

We’re looking for an outgoing, structured, and highly organized individual to manage incoming warm leads and serve as the first point of contact for new and potential clients.

This role requires someone personable and proactive, someone who can think independently, manage conversations confidently, and ensure that every client’s first interaction feels professional and seamless.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first line of communication for inbound warm leads via email, phone, or form submissions.
  • Qualify and document leads accurately in the CRM or intake system.
  • Schedule consultations or follow‑up calls with prospective clients.
  • Maintain an organized and up‑to‑date record of all communications.
  • Coordinate between the sales / recruitment team and prospective clients to ensure smooth handovers.
  • Identify and flag high‑priority or time‑sensitive opportunities.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and structured client experience at all times.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: warm, confident, and personable.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Comfortable working independently and thinking ahead to solve issues before they arise.
  • Tech‑savvy and able to manage structured workflows and CRM systems.
